Every bite of satisfaction you take of one our baked goods is our success.
Our bakery makes all baked goods sold fresh within our premises. With respect for traditional recipes and preserving that quality taste our production is far from an automatic process. The artisans in our kitchen take special care to give each baked item a hand crafted quality, and a healthy organic benefit by not using artificial aids (e.g. preservatives.)

Hello, I am Freda D. Darden and I am a native of North Carolina. I am married with two great children Jr. & Amber. I love to cook, but most of all I love to bake that is one of my passions I love to see people happy when they bite into something that makes them smile and just feel good all inside. I am a business owner of a childcare for over 11yrs & co owner of a mentoring youth program with my husband.
I love children and working with the youth to help guide and direct them in a positve way. Christ is the head of my life and without God I am nothing I pray over everything I do that's right even when I am cooking & bakeing I want the very best for u & God is the the very best. Just know when u pray over your food I have paryed also. I have a Bachlor degree in Business Organization Management, Associates degree in Early Child hood & Associates degree in Business Finance Associates.
